Role and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Content is responsible for supporting the creation of all Dockers digital media content in LATAM. This person must perfectly know the guidelines of the brand to be able to create and deliver all assets, banners and pieces of content that contribute to the digital results of the brand in online campaigns. His objective will be to determine design lines in paid social media, display and affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Creative Asset Creation
- Request on time banner design materials, content for Dockers digital campaigns.
- Deliver on time the assets and banners to the media agencies for the execution of the Dockers digital campaigns.
- Follow up on the implementations and results of the digital campaigns in LATAM.
- Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator with creative thinking and idea proposals for an on-brand online execution.
- Billing Process
- Responsible of submitting requests for expenses.
- Ensure vendors receive POs and their invoices are submitted on-time.
- Support vendors in the process of submitting invoices.
- Follow up the billing process with other internal areas.
- Request new vendors setups in our internal software.
- Responsible of processes that involve LS&Co. submissions in the vendors systems.
- Monthly conciliation with advertising agencies.
- Track budget expense by month, semester and year.
- Submit invoices of automated vendors (Facebook, Google, among others).
- Ensure automated vendors receive their payment on time.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- University Degree, preferably in communication or marketing.
- Min 2 of relevant advertising agencies or digital marketing.
- Previous experience in fashion is a plus.
- English (intermediate)

- Highly Organized, structured, proactive, problem solver.
- Creative background.
