**Job Description**:
✔ Lead, own & control full Project Management scope starting from project initiation finalizing with Project Close-out & handing over to operations representing the Client.
✔ To perform the role of the Commission Manager, taking overall responsibility for end to end service delivery of commission
✔ Lead, own & control schedules, costs, and quality.
✔ Report & liaise with Country Director
✔ Working with other T&T Directors and senior management to ensure contractual compliance and quality delivery.
✔ Sets the ethos and management approach for the team. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure effective and efficient flow of work.
✔ Responsible for directing all project activities
✔ To act as the key, day to day client interface,
✔ Ensure client objectives are met
✔ Lead and own initial costs & schedules
✔ Prepare T&T Project staffing plan, assist HR in team conformation as project progresses.
✔ Preparation of Project Execution Plan
✔ Report & support Client in reporting progress in all areas in relation to project status.
✔ Ensuring T&T invoices are accurate and issued on a timely basis. Following-up on accounts receivables.
✔ Manage all Project phases, Start-up, Procurement, Contract Admiration, Design, Construction, Close out and hand over to Operations in full compliance with regulations, standards & Clients policies and procedures.
✔ Finalize & implement Preparation of Project Execution Plan
✔ Manage vendor relations, contractual documents preparations, sourcing & negotiations. Develop and implement procurement contracting strategies negotiations, review & approve contractors proposals, manage contracts and change requests;
✔ Manage the program's budget, monitor expenditure and costs against delivered products and services;
✔ Oversees development of the master schedule, cost plan, QA/QC plan, risk and issue management, document control plan and security safety plan.
✔ Identify technical needs from internal clients, propose technical solutions, establish scopes of work, cost estimates and work durations. Support project requests and approvals with internal teams;
✔ Ensure project is compliant with (KPI) performance requirements and consult quarterly/yearly program portfolio to ensure clients' needs are integrated.
✔ Carrying out risk assessments, and making sure projects' aims are properly prioritized. Develop contingency plans
✔ Provide safety management and control during work execution, assign a safety advisor for all projects and establish the appropriate channels for reporting;
✔ Manage the different projects' schedules and contractor performance. Monitor progress and use of resources within the different projects, identify gaps and initiate corrective actions
✔ Interface and coordinate with internal teams to ensure work execution is planned and impacts to data centre operations are controlled;
✔ Manage testing and commissioning,
✔ Report the progress at regular intervals and manage communications with all stakeholders until project delivery and close out;
✔ Manage QA/QC and documentation under DC standards, document close out in coordination with DCC;
✔ Reviews T&T all project related deliverables and manages the performance of all T&T project Team.
✔ Review monthly reports as presented by Contractor, and presents to the Client which includes comments of non-compliance, and / or area of concern and corrective actions.
✔ Key interface between the other projects and the Main Office - Shares systemized lessons learned.
- Will manage a team of approximately 8-12 Turner & Townsend professionals.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in being involved in Industrial Projects.
- Fluent English & Spanish
