We built our values around always being refreshing, responsive, and rigorous. In Business Analytics, our clients engage with us on the following essential tasks and responsibilities:

- Lead new and ongoing Business Analytics projects.
- Steer and promote cooordination efforts with team members and client stakeholders, to identify, define and implement the business / functional requirements of projects.
- Work independently and translate desired project goals into sequential steps to be executed through an analytical process
- Take onwership of assgined projects and communicate to stakeholders advancements and issues.
- Comunicate with technical and non-technical stakholders to: update project progress, address questions, coordinate priorities and explore future requirements.
- Present projects’ results in an insightful manner to clients using tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, Power Point, etc.
- Ensure integrity of data processing and reporting through rigorous attention to detail and validation of data, including adherence to all regulatory, privacy compliance and security procedures.
- Understand the specific and tangible benefits on how project efforts support the business line and be able to fully understand business objectives and underlying drivers.
- Document and Knowledge Management, creating end-user documentation and training for developed reporting tools.

What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, Computer Science or related fields and the following skills:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience working on data analytics related projects.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with cloud or server side of BI tools (e.g., Publishing and sharing dashboards, security setup, gateway setup, data source connections, etc.)
- Knowledge of querying languages, preferably SQL.
- Knowledge of Database (e.g., reading schemas, how to setup new tables and create views, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience leading and executing dashboard development projects.
- Familiarity on development of algorithms and macros to perform automations.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile project management frameworks and resources
- Ability to articulate business problems/scenarios to peers and partners.
- Experience leading client relationships and project execution.
- Handle multiple tasks across projects and document analytical processes for future reference.

We'd love to see:

- Knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
- Job experience with Power BI Service.
- Agile Certifications.
- Tableau and/or Power BI certifications.
- Experience with Financial or Profesional Services sector.
