**Why join us**:
You will join a dynamic team, advising our clients in New York and across the Americas. You will acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Murex platform, how it supports core capital market business processes, and how it implements state-of-the-art data processing practices. You will become an expert in the Murex tools and APIs that our clients use to build system interfaces, data extractions, user dashboards and data pipelines to support their operations.

You will work closely with our clients, understanding their requirements, recommending solutions, providing trainings, and advising them on best practices. You will assist them at all stages of the product lifecycle, from pre-sales demos to production support. Your role will be central both when designing and delivering top-quality components for client-site implementations, as well as when providing expertise during production incidents, keeping mission-critical systems operating without interruption.

You will keep learning new aspects of clients' businesses, Murex modules and industry best practices. In turn, you will contribute to enhance your team's work methods and the quality of the Murex platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- This is an entry-level position
- Provide professional consulting services to our clients, in the domain of system integration, business intelligence and data flows, through the full lifecycle of the Murex product: pre-sale demos, requirements analysis, configuration, installation, training, updates, production support
- Design, build, deliver, review, test and help support the interfaces, extractions, reports and data pipelines that our clients need to support their operations on the Murex platform
- Professionally manage relationships with clients: answer questions, provide recommendations, anticipate needs, follow up on cases from notification to resolution and validation
- Work closely with teammates to provide the solutions that are most suited to our clients' needs
- Provide feedback, propose enhancements on the team's practices and on the Murex platform development

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Keen interest in financial markets. Working knowledge of financial products a plus
- Personal commitment, effort, curiosity, motivation, and initiative in all aspects of work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS technology
- Knowledge of XML/JSON and related technologies (XSLT)
- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Python, or C/C++ or C#, and scripting languages such as UNIX Shell or Javascript
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of following technologies/topics is a plus: Enterprise Integration Patterns,, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, CI/CD, DevOps, Apache Ant, Maven, Git/BitBucket Apache Camel, ESB, ETL
