**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

We’ll be looking to you to consult, support, and execute a wide variety of Human Resources activities, including employee engagement, training and development, employee/labour relations, and induction/onboarding through termination/offboarding. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in ad-hoc projects such as actions for employee engagement, compliance, process improvement, and other key initiatives.

You’ll also be responsible for inputting monthly payroll for assigned countries and entering updates/changes in Workday and other internal systems, ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status. You will collaborate with HR Leader, HR Generalist, and other business units to support business objectives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.

For such a pivotal role, a bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field and experience with HRIS systems and time recording systems. You’ll bring excellent communication skills and proficient knowledge of MS Office programs. As an organized person, you’ll work easily and in an efficient manner utilizing your project management skills. Self-starter with the ability to be resourceful, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. The English language is a must.
