**Main Responsibilities**:

- Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
- Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
- Maintain the platform.
- Stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities, and updates

**What you’ll do**:

- Admin from a systems perspective for Salesforce and all tools that integrate with SFDC and major Appexchange tools for data enrichment, forecast, e-signature, contract management, and Conga composer, etc.
- Provision new users, manage workflows, Process builder, manage system configuration, Data loads, and general end-user assistance for Salesforce instance.
- Maintain and support Salesforce 3rd party app integrations.
- Adhere to industry best practices for change and release management.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Assist, develop and maintain training materials and training curriculum.
- Review data quality and data management activities.
- Strong project management skills desired; ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines is a must.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 1 year of experience as Salesforce administrator.
- Thorough understanding of custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, and process builder.
- Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and communicate effectively with the team/business.
- Problem solver with strong attention to details.
- A strong communicator: communicating concerns, changes, processes, and explanations across a wide spectrum of stakeholders and users.
- Someone with a natural curiosity about technology and process.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while working on many tickets simultaneously.
- A strategic, long-term thinker: As we scale we’re looking to evolve our processes to align with our growth and want to look beyond short term fixes.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
