Sr. Automated Product Insights Analyst

LOCATION

SAN RAMON

In a typical week or month, you will continue to build out your understanding of our enterprise product suites, manage data instrumentation, develop dashboards, build reports, review metrics, conduct feature experimentation and perform ad hoc analysis. Are you ready?

Expectations
- Develop Product reports and dashboards leveraging tools such as DOMO, that translate data and insights into visuals and narratives that are easy to understand, can impact decisions, and drive business goals
- Build automated dashboards for Product North Star Metrics, Experiment Analysis and Post
- Feature performance and Adoption analysis
- Collaborate with both internal team members and external remote stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are aligned with business goals
- Create analytical frameworks to measure product success: partner with Product teams to determine success metrics, create approaches to track the data, measure and evaluate the data, then develop a common language for all stakeholders to understand these indicators
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to develop our data infrastructure to turn data into insights
- Collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to define use cases for effective Product Experimentation
- Operationalize data processes - provide the team with ad-hoc analysis, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools
- Create, maintain, and evolve our documentation for code repository, dashboard annotations, FAQs, etc.
- Create, update, and execute data quality evaluation processes for adherence to data hygiene initiatives
- Partner with project management and/or program management to ensure efficient delivery of sprints
- Ability to work remote while ensuring effective and clear communication with your stakeholders

Key criteria for this role
- 3-5 years of experience in digital product insights and reporting, with a focus on building automated solutions in tools such as DOMO, Data Studios, etc.
- 1-2 years of experience in product experimentation, with a proven track record in hypothesizing, implementing, and evaluating A/B Tests.
- BA/BS in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related course work and relevant work experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge and proficiency with BI reporting tools such as DOMO, PowerBI, Tableau
- Experience cleansing and enriching datasets along with building automated ETL’s
- Expertise in dashboard building as a visual representation of performance story telling
- Strong analytical skills: ability to produce both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Proficient at using, Optimizely, FullStory and Google Cloud Platform a plus
- Highly skilled at SQL, Python, RedShift a plus
- Experience using JIRA and MIRO for development and prototyping a plus
