We’ll look to you to propose, develop, and implement the Marketing Strategy and Plan for Chile, manage the marketing budget, and support the profit and loss impact. You will research and develop strategic pricing activities and recommend sales channels, as well the Brand strategy for offering products and services, based on Global guidelines. We expect you to promote products and work with other business partners to deliver tangible business results, evaluate and implement new business partners for new products and analyze the impact of key initiatives. You will align and negotiate the annual and quarterly plans with the master agents in Chile and the investment marketing plan regarding withholding. Making recommendations for improvement activities like pricing adjustments, banding, acquisition, and retention and working on objectives and business impact will be among your main functions.

We need you to have at least five years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and have a proven track record in project management. You possess the ability to multi-task within a dynamic environment and experience in budget management. Your proactive nature and business-to-consumer experience will enable you to engage with stakeholders effectively. You are Adept in marketing technology administration and support to regional teams. English fluency is a must for this role, and schedule flexibility to travel domestically and internationally is required.
