**Role Objective**:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and proactive Local Growth Analyst You’ll need to be a quick thinker and have a strategic and creative mind.

**Outcomes**:

- OKR: Decrease User’s Payback.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- You’ll be part of our Local CRM and E-commerce Growth Team. For this role you’ll have to:
**i) **Support local commercial team to find top organic deals,**ii)** Analyze and propose local marketing initiatives**iii) **Work hand by hand with CRM teams and branding on the construction on top deals for E-commerce,**iv)** Based on data (SQL), analyze incrementality behind the execution of different marketing initiatives to prioritize copies, channels and offers,**v)** Execute and track innovative campaigns (events/partnerships) to accelerate consumer acquisition, engagement and retention along with cohort tracking,**vi)** Evaluate new customer acquisition initiatives regarding budget from CRM teams and organic cross-selling initiatives.**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering
- Preferred 1 year experience in growth/marketing of digital businesses or startups, business intelligence, consulting, or finance
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Outgoing and team oriented
- Bilingual: Spanish & English.
- Analytical skills
- Strategic thinking/visioning
- Proactive, resilient and motivated
- Detail and quality oriented
- Great communication skills
- Excel Advanced
