Insurance QA Lead
Are you ready to join a global insurance enterprise known for its innovation and commitment to excellence? We are seeking an experienced Insurance QA Lead to join our dynamic team.

**Role Overview**:
As an Insurance QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our insurance projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks including writing migration solutions, analyzing data models, driving discussions on platform conversion, and contributing to various project work streams.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop migration solutions for diverse insurance products, elucidating conversion methodologies.
Analyze and map data models between source and target policy administration systems, employing element-to-element mapping and transformation rules.
Identify discrepancies between source and target data, proposing conversion solutions to align data models.
Formulate data validation and reconciliation strategies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Engage in discussions with Client SMEs (Business) on platform conversion and data cleanup strategies.
Review migration outcomes, diagnosing causes for discrepancies, and validate migrated data in the target policy administration system to ensure functional coherence.
Drive alignment across multiple conversion tracks, ensuring consistency among various source administration systems transitioning into a unified target system.
Actively contribute to associated project work streams, including life/annuity product build, data migration, testing, cutover, and service transition.
**Requirements**:
Advance Level English Skills
Experience in InMotion or VisualTIME.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience as specified in the job description.
