Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions (SRP), a Business area within Sandvik Group is a leading supplier of equipment, tools, parts, service, digital solutions and sustainability-driving technologies for processing rock and minerals in the mining and construction industries around the globe. For our division Stationary Crushing and Screening, we are now looking for a Marketing Manager for the sales area Latin America - someone passionate about modern ways of working in the marketing landscape paired with a flexible can-do attitude.

YOUR CHARACTER

We are looking for you with a degree in Marketing or equivalent knowledge gained from work. 5+ years within the marketing field. Your passion for marketing has made you keep up with modern communication platforms and channels, such as social media platforms relevant for B2B use. We are equally interested in your personality, characterized by an open collaborative, flexible can-do attitude. You are a driven, self-motivated marketeer with a curious mindset. To be successful in this role, you will be service minded, possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. The role reports to the Sales Area Vice President Latin America with a dotted line to the Global Marketing & Communications Manager. Certain demand of travels within the region Latin America and sometimes to other regions. English / Spanish will be a natural working language. Portuguese language is a plus.

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will work to increase market share and loyalty within the customer and to ensure a highly competitive marketing approach. In this role you work closely with the sales teams and the global marketing team to set and implement the marketing and communication plan in the region. It is your responsibility to make the yearly activation plan in accordance with the global brand strategies and sales targets. You are expected to initiate own ideas and projects to continuously challenge and develop our ways of working.

Proactive marketing planning and execution including;
- Plan and execute local external communication activities and campaigns
- Support local team and dealers
- Secure case stories
- SoMe and local press contact
- Organize local trade shows
- Local marketing collaterals such as brochures, give-aways, etc.
- Internal communication
- Liaise with internal stakeholders

Gather local market & business intelligence such as;
- Key trends & market consolidations
- Competition & market shares
- Brand positioning & activities

You are a member of the Sales Area management team.
