**What are we looking for?**

Our office in Santiago is looking for a **Senior Project Control Engineer**to lead innovative solutions and deliver high-quality projects for our internal, existing, and new clients. This role will build and strengthen commercial awareness and take responsibility for coaching and technically developing the team.

**Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in**:

- Develop cost (Capex) and/or operations (Opex) estimates, ranging from Class 5 to Class 1 estimates.
- Perform unit price analysis.
- Generate deliverables with technical and formal quality, in line with internal and client procedures.
- Prepare all necessary information, such as Estimation Bases, Capex reports, Opex reports, or any other required for each service.
- Knowledge of labor performance.
- Knowledge of construction equipment and material performance.
- Maintain a database for use in future similar projects.
- Knowledge of contingency analysis using Monte Carlo Simulation, not mandatory.
- Clearly understand the scope of the service and the client.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Experience in workshop presentations with clients (Capex, Opex)

**What you will bring to the team**:

- **Professional degree in Industrial, Civil, Construction Engineering, or related field.**:

- **At least 10 years of experience in Cost Estimation.**:

- **Advanced proficiency in Mining Clients Estimation Templates; Excel, preferably Power BI.**:

- **Teamwork orientation, cooperation, and customer focus, understanding multicultural work.**:

- **Customer service orientation.**:

- **Problem-solving focus, with mínimal supervision.**:

- **Flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities.**:

- **Experience in cost estimation, WBS development.**:

- **Advanced English.**
