**Minimum qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience. - Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region. **Preferred qualifications**: - Experience in leading large-scale HR initiatives, managing or mitigating risk, and supporting change management, business readiness, communication efforts, and training programs. - Experience in implementing HR policies and HR compliance projects across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. - Excellent project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities. - Excellent communication skills. - Excellent change management skills. **About the job**: People Operations strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Google has revolutionized search. Market Consultant has sound knowledge in company and local programs, policies, compliance procedures and offer a compelling voice around HR matters as it relates to the Market. In this role, you will manage multiple projects and country-specific initiatives and understand when and how to escalate decisions or urgent matters. You will facilitate partner discussions and drive decisions that are good for Google and bring partners/stakeholders along with their change management skills. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with the HR Compliance team, Process Ownership team, User Support team and the relevant COE teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks. - Contribute to the deployment of high priority countries focussed HR programmes and initiatives, aligned to the country People plan. - Manage local employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and solve for compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market. - Support local labor relations management, including engaging with councils/work councils where applicable. - Drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service at the end of end delivery of our Googler Experience in the country.
