This position will assist directly to Andes accounting lead, main purpose is manage all the account payments activities in both, local and international payments.

Main goal is to ensure the amounts owed by the company to its creditors are paid on time. It involves paying to the third-party & intercompany vendors and employees, preparing checks, tracking all the invoices, paying outstanding dues, and putting stop payments, among others.

**Job Description**:

- Track outgoing payments
- Monitor company expenditures
- Maintain records
- Verify expense reports
- Review vendor and service provider agreements
- Pay vendors and service providers
- Reconcile statements and payment records
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing and payments
- Analyze accounts
- Support MEC activities
- Prepare reports
- Streamline the payment process
- Assist with audits
- Statement reconciliation

**Education**:

- University degree in Accounting.

**Experience**:

- Three years of professional experience in a Multi-National Corporation and/or Consulting Firms.
- Self-starter with an ability to multi-task various responsibilities, work independently and problem solve.
- Strong analytical skills.
