KBX Logistics is looking for a Logistics Account Agent to partner with the internal and external business and carrier base to discover capacity opportunities for current and prospective customers of Loadshop.

**What You Will Do**
- Work with internal and external customers to identify opportunities
- Develop new and existing customers via relationships and spot/load boards
- Negotiate price with shippers and carriers for both spot and contract freight
- Source Carriers
- Source strategic capacity
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
- Manage your customer’s shipments with support from operations to ensure pick up and deliveries are on time and resolve any issues that may arise

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience with freight sales and/or freight brokering
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word to write business correspondence, Excel for use of spreadsheets, reporting and simple formulas, and Outlook for internal and external correspondence

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience with inside/outside sales
- For this role, we anticipate paying $55,000-$75,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form._
