**What you will do**:
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (**at least C1, both written and spoken**)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- 1 year of experience in hospitality field
- **Experience providing support via omnichannel is a must**:
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
**Would be a great plus**:
- Experience with CRM systems
