Our mission is to design and deploy interventions that attract, accelerate, engage, and retain top talent for our organization. What you’ll do: You will be responsible for the recruitment cycle and its activities as a member of our TA Department. Additionally, you will develop and execute initiatives to improve employer branding in order to attract top talents to our fast-growing organization. Talent Acquisition- Partner with Hiring Managers to effectively source, attract and recruit top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs.- Develop University relationships and build internship programs.- - Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to focus on recruiting a diverse workforce and building a robust talent pipeline within the region.- - Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.- Help drive global and regional HR-related projects when necessary. Employer Branding- Be a key member in the development of Murex’s employer branding, key messaging, and what it means to be a Murexian for the region.- Adapt employer branding speech to local talent to match their expectations and work with the global employer branding team to ensure consistent messaging.- - Support the global social media team in their efforts (conduct interviews with employees, film videos...)- Work closely with the Global Employer Branding team to propose the best initiatives and tools.- Create graphic tools (banners, mailings ) following Murex guidelines and ensure local tools are consistent.
