**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to create comprehensive datasets.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and transformation.
- Create interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data and reports.
- Stay updated on emerging business intelligence technologies and best practices.
- Participate in the planning and execution of business intelligence projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based business intelligence solutions.
- Understanding of business processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with scripting languages for data manipulation (e.g., Python, R).
