**Environmental, Social, Health and Safety (ESHS) Lead**

**Estamos en búsqueda de un/a ESHS Lead para sumarse a una compañía del sector energético con presencia internacional**, comprometida con el desarrollo sostenible y el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas en materia ambiental, social, de salud y seguridad.

**Acerca del desafío**
- Serás responsable de implementar y monitorear el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental y Social (ESMS) de la compañía, asegurando su alineación con estándares internacionales como los IFC Performance Standards, EHS Guidelines y los requisitos de inversionistas.
- Coordinarás los procesos de permisología ambiental y social, velando por el cumplimiento normativo y acompañando los proyectos desde su evaluación inicial hasta su operación.
- Liderarás procesos de E&S due diligence para nuevos proyectos de energía renovable, identificando riesgos y desarrollando planes de mitigación. También realizarás visitas a terreno para supervisar a contratistas (EPC) durante la construcción de plantas fotovoltaicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de gestión ambiental y de salud y seguridad (H&S).
- Elaborarás reportes técnicos en español e inglés, darás seguimiento a indicadores de cumplimiento y entregarás soporte técnico y formativo a los equipos involucrados.

**¿Qué buscamos en ti?**

**Formación académica**:

- Título profesional en carreras ligadas a medio ambiente, sostenibilidad o salud y seguridad.
- Deseable postgrado o máster en áreas ambientales o de sustentabilidad.

**Experiência**:

- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en roles ambientales/sociales, idealmente en proyectos de energía renovable.
- Experiência en due diligence E&S, auditorías, cumplimiento normativo y elaboración de planes de acción.
- Supervisión en terreno de proyectos industriales o de infraestructura energética.
- Conocimientos técnicos:

- Dominio de normativas internacionales (IFC, EHS Guidelines) y legislación ambiental chilena.
- Elaboración de ESMS, ESMP y planes de salud y seguridad.
- Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) para reportabilidad y coordinación con inversionistas.

**Habilidades clave**:

- Capacidad de análisis, planificación y autonomía.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo interdisciplinario.
- Proactividad, orientación al cumplimiento y disponibilidad para visitas en terreno.
