**Key roles**:
- Assist with special project work.
- Assist with upgrades, rollouts, transformations, and mergers.
- Work in a global support team that provides support in various time zones.
- Liaise with internal IS helpdesk, Global IS Teams and software vendors support.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in data and/or enterprise systems related field or solid experience in these areas.
- 5+ years' experience working as a Systems / Applications / ERP Administrator
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and enterprise data.
- Good understanding of traditional and latest data base concepts, and ability to lean new technologies quickly.
- Solid English communication skills - both in the technical and business functions. Ability to break down complex information and explain in an easy-to-understand manner.
