We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app and by phone. We contribute to our community **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** Revenue-Driven Strategy & Execution - Identify opportunities across product, marketing, and sales processes to maximize revenue growth and customer lifetime value (CLTV). - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement growth experiments focused on driving conversions, increasing retention, and improving upsell opportunities. - Use data and insights to influence product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and sales enablement tools. Data Integration & Analysis - Design and implement robust systems that capture user interactions and behavioral events from the frontend (e.g., React/Next.js) to inform revenue-focused decisions. - Leverage tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Power BI to surface actionable insights for optimizing the customer journey. - Build and maintain dashboards that tie user activity and funnel metrics to financial outcomes like revenue and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Optimize Conversion Rates - Partner with product managers, marketers, and sales teams to ideate, execute, and evaluate A/B tests on landing pages, sales funnels, and onboarding flows. - Translate insights from experimentation into iterative changes that drive measurable business outcomes. - Create scalable frameworks for continuous improvement of digital funnels to increase activation and customer retention rates. Web Application Development - Collaborate with the Revenue team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key revenue metrics. Acquisition Channel Attribution - Design and implement precise attribution models to track the performance of marketing channels, campaigns, and touchpoints. - Analyze the ROI of paid and organic acquisition strategies and provide recommendations to optimize channel spend and revenue outcomes. - Develop and maintain systems that align marketing spend with downstream metrics like conversions, revenue per user, and lifetime value. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and revenue goals. - Act as a technical and strategic advisor, identifying how technical solutions can amplify business objectives. - Advocate for data-driven decision-making and revenue-first experimentation across the organization. **What We're Looking For** Technical Expertise - Expertise in working with APIs: creating endpoints, consuming third-party APIs, and building custom integrations when out-of-the-box solutions are unavailable. - Experience with developing and managing webhooks for real-time data synchronization across tools and systems. - Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and marketing attribution tools. - Knowledge of financial or fintech systems is a plus. **Revenue-Focused Mindset** - Proven track record of identifying and executing strategies that directly impact revenue growth. - Expertise in funnel optimization, CAC/LTV analysis, and revenue-centric metrics. - Ability to tie technical decisions and growth experiments to business outcomes. **Collaboration & Communication** - Comfortable translating technical solutions into business insights for stakeholders. - Strong ability to manage cross - **Benefits** Please add local benefits for Chile We want Xe to be a great place to work and to ensure that our communities are represented across our workforce.
