**What your background should look like**:
ROLE OBJECTIVE
The Analyst will be responsible to drive a Test & Learn practice for the enterprise demand generation and lead quality program.
This role will be part of corporate marketing operations and will partner closely with business unit marketers. Day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring data trends, developing new data analysis and providing data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality and lead funnel efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Strong ownership mindset to driving incremental improvements to lead conversion and maximize revenue.
- Understand corporate and business unit’s goals to develop new approaches to analyze historical data, develop test and learn experiments, AB tests and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ability to proactively research and understand new processes and platforms.
- Develop repeatable process and standards to implement AB testing and other optimization capabilities.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of new capabilities such as machine learning scoring models.
- Create and manage weekly reports to monitor data trends and sales and marketing team operations.
- Monitor system data flows and resolve data integration issues as needed.
- Participate in data and operations governance teams to improve service level agreements between sales and marketing.
- Combine and analyze disparate data sources and derive insights in a Big Data environment.
- EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CRITICAL EXPERIENCE- Strong mathematical/statistical knowledge, especially in hypothesis testing
- 4+ years of work experience in digital marketing analytics
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and shift priorities based on business needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and maintains high level of data integrity
- Analytical thinker and creative problem solver
- Basic knowledge in Machine Learning and AI tools
- Data visualization automation skills a plus (e.g., Tableau, Excel etc.)
