Misión del puesto
The primary responsibility of this position is to support Rappi Turbo/BDS growth and build revenue maximization modules for Turbo & BDS across all the geographies by working closely with the country leaders and functional leaders. Define the future vision and roadmap of the Turbo commercial growth modules (pricing, promotions, merchandising) and align with catalog management plans. Coordinate and direct product priorities across product teams through documented roadmap and sprint plans. Deliver strong measurable results that grow the business while delivering a solid product in the market

Main Responsabilities:
- Work with Category Managers, Store Operations, User App, Merchandising and Revenue Management teams to deliver on quarterly priorities- Collaborate with commercial teams on go-to-market strategy and execution- Owns strategic development, improvement and sustaining in all phases of Retail Merchandising system- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative; Leads team of specialists and managers to achieve product and team objectives;- Develop short
- and long-range strategies for multiple product modules/capabilities to achieve strategic goals and maximize sale and profit objectives;- Display leadership when working with cross-functional teams. Inspire and motivate the cross-functional team and outside partners- Define learning agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure;- Use strategic thinking and negotiation skills to manage competing priorities in a dynamic technical environment;- Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions;- Participate in squad demo meetings to solicit feedback and understand their needs to enhance adoption- Mentor and/or manage a strong, growing team of PMs over time;- Lead and prioritize the work of a nimble team of Product Managers and Designers
Essential Functions:
- Build autonomous pricing retail revenue management system. Support building of pricing and promotion strategies in the Turbo / BDS space- Drive data science teams to build using order, customer search & shopping basket data to suggest regular and promotional price changes in order to improve profit and turnover in retailing- Closely monitors competitive pricing and promotions strategy for shift in demand, pricing approaches and strategy- Plan and forecast using a holistic approach with visibility of trade funds, and understand impacts of cannibalization and cross-category effects- Data driven recommendations to deliver promotions, ranked by impact, that are optimized to hit business targets (e.g., Product, category, basket, traffic, revenue)- Launch optimal promotional offers to engage consumers across digital channels, engaging consumers to meet goals and increase revenue- Evaluate promotion performance with a holistic view of consumer demand to provide the most accurate forecasts possible, including in-flight adjustments. Post-event analysis to strategically act and understand results- Deliver Integrated supplier collaboration enables the entire trade promotion workflow to be automated and streamlined. Track trade funds associated with promotions extended to customers, for accurate reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering;- Experience leading a category or product team in delivering complex systems- Proven track record of providing new and innovative solutions to enhance product lines;- Demonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to use tools to create insights to improve our product- Strong written and verbal organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience and energy;- Software development experience as a developer and/or manager;- Participation in all stages of the software development lifecycle, experience with Agile software methodologies
