**Job Description**:
**Mental Health Home healthcare **nurses provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes and may involve wound care, medication management, medication administration, hands-on care to patients, intravenous therapy lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining accurate records and making physician recommendations..

You will be providing
- SOC Start of Care
- Follow Up
- Discharge / Re-certification,

**Psychiatric Nurse Qualification**:

- **RN with a Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing**:

- Must have nursing experience, recommended to be within the last 3 years, in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, a psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or another out-patient psychiatric service.
- **RN with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing**:

- Must have one year recent nursing experience, recommended to be within the last 3 years, in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, a psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or another out-patient psychiatric service.
- **RN with a diploma or AA degree in nursing**:

- Must have two years recent nursing experience, recommended to be within the last 3 years, in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, a psychiatric Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or another out-patient psychiatric service.

**Qualifications**:

- Nursing license and drivers license current and clear (no violations) MUST VERIFY NURSING LICENSE
- COVID vaccination (MANDATORY)
- Home health experience preferred but not required
