Pl/SQL Database Administrator

Our mission is to revolutionize lead management by creating a seamless process for acquiring, nurturing, qualifying, and routing prospects for the mining industry. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the data infrastructure that supports OCUREL's lead journey. We provide solutions and staff to different customers in the mining industry in Chile and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Database Architecture & Maintenance**:

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable PL/SQL databases to support OCUREL’s lead management system.
- Optimize database schemas for performance and reliability.
- **Data Integration & Quality Management**:

- Integrate data from multiple sources, including web forms, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Develop processes to clean and standardize incoming data.
- **Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor database performance and optimize queries, indexes, and configurations.
- Proactively address bottlenecks and implement solutions to scale systems as data volume grows.
- **Automation & Scripting**:

- Automate data workflows, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Develop scripts to streamline routine database tasks and reporting.
- **Security & Compliance**:

- Implement robust data security protocols to protect sensitive lead and customer data.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- **Collaboration & Support**:

- Support sales and marketing teams by ensuring they have timely access to accurate data.
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to team members.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience with PL/SQL and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in SQL and one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools and processes.
- Familiarity with cloud database solutions (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google BigQuery, etc.).
- Knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and database indexing.

**Data Security & Compliance**:

- Understanding of data protection best practices.
- Experience implementing GDPR, CCPA, or similar compliance measures.

**Soft Skills**:

- C1 English level or higher
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proved experience working with lead magnets.
