**Better starts and ends with the customer**

In this role, you will oversee and support the daily operations of several Western Union branches, your duties will include supervising employees and finances while looking after the Selection, interview, and onboarding process of the new hires (tellers). You’ll ensure service level agreements are met and will regularly report to upper management on your team’s results. Point of contact to ensure that the sectors obtain fast responses to their queries; you will also ensure all agencies are compliant with the regulatory framework.

To be successful in this role, a bachelor’s degree in Business administration, finance, or any related field will be preferred, along with previous experience working at a supervisor level in a similar function. Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers. Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing software and schedule availability to travel between different provinces, own a car, and have a valid driver’s license is a must for this role. Proficiency in English is preferred.
