Technical Project Manager

IntelliSense.io has a rare opportunity for a talented Technical Project Manager to take full ownership of the implementation of our AI solutions specific to the mining industry.

This strategic role will lead complex projects across key accounts located in Chile and other regions in Latin America. Occasional travel will be required to clients' sites.

**What you will contribute to**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Plan the implementation of Decision Intelligence software on mine sites, adapting Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) AI focussed product specifications and plans to particular customer requirements and risk profiles
- Own individual implementation project schedule, scope, and budget. Jointly manage this with the Client and IntelliSense.io Mining Techology Engineer to oversee the project delivery within agreed project economics (budget and time)
- Develop and own all project-related metrics related to the implementation of Decision Intelligence products, ensuring that these reflect client dependencies and additional scope and product enhancements
- Execute project reporting and delivery updates on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) both to clients and internally
- Work with Product Owners to plan, monitor, and control delivery of implementation projects, balanced with Product Development and Product Support requests delivered through Product Teams
- Support the Vice President of Mining Technology Operations to develop and scale project management, program management, and customer success methodologies
- Support the Regional Director - LatAm with recruiting, personal development, and scaling of the IntelliSense.io LatAm team
- Support the Product teams in identifying and providing feedback on all issues across different implementation projects that would improve the quality of product releases
- Develop change management strategies and plans specific to Decision Intelligence in the Mining Industry that align with overall business objectives and project goals
- Facilitate the development of customer success processes and tools in the Mining Industry across operational and management role profiles to foster long-term customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Assist Product Teams with developing product analytics mechanisms and feedback loops on user behavior and feature usage
- Own the risk log and act as the control function for project management
- Be part of various Key Account Teams providing input to our Account Strategy
- Take the initiative to continuously improve our AI-specific product implementation methodology and plans for specific products, ensuring that they reflect best practices both from internal feedback and external research

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with mining / metals processing industry processes
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and comfortable with hybrid project management
- Experience in the management of cross-functional Data Science, Software Engineering, and Subject Matter Expert teams
- Familiarity with typical data systems in Mines and Processing Plants, including typical data quality or consistency issues
- Knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud deployment and management best practices
- Knowledge of Customer Success best practices for embedding Decision Intelligence systems in industrial operations
- Able to interface with senior management and executives' counterparties
- English and Spanish language proficiency is essential. Portuguese language proficiency would be advantageous
