We are currently seeking an **EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR** to lead the creation and operation of the Artificial Intelligence Facility, connecting advanced analysis methodologies and technological capabilities with the needs of researchers and faculty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement the operational structure of the Facility.
- Align AI capabilities with research needs.
- Establish internal and external collaborations.
- Represent the center in academic and professional environments.
- Manage financial and material resources.
- Promote a collaborative culture.
- Support and develop educational programs with a focus on R&D in AI.
- Lead the technical and administrative team.

**Perfil deseado**:

- University degree required.
- Doctorate preferred.
- Understanding of scientific methodologies and research processes.
- 10 years of professional experience.
- Background in academic or research settings.
- Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in spoken Spanish.
- Advanced oral and written English.
- Strong project management skills; technological project experience desirable.
- Training in computing, IT, or infrastructure related to AI and large data volumes is a plus.
