We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the “World’s Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune’s Best Companies to work for. **Job Description**: **Role Purpose**: The Customer Service Specialist will interact with the data providers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.*** **Responsibilities** - Receives client requests for assistance, identifies support needed, and provides assistance or forwards request to appropriate functional area for handling. - Inbound calls handling for our different processes under Data Operations area. - Handles escalated client issues. Interprets and analyzes consumers’ written or verbal requirements. Determines the different types of issues received and forwards those requiring handling in different subprocesses to appropriate personnel. - Reviews and analyzes subscriber data to ensure compliance to technical specifications, legal requirements, and company standards. - Provides customer support for the import and export of data files or any data reporting issue reported by the data provider. Works with vendors and internal personnel in a variety of functional areas to coordinate problem resolution. - Identifies and implements methods to improve efficiency in data integrity, data retrieval and utilization. - Verifies format and record count accuracy of uploaded files if necessary. - Contacts data contributors via telephone. **Qualifications**: - 2+ year of Call Center Experience (required). - Excellent English communication skills (required). - Basic hardware operation skills. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. - Work experience in credit services is desirable. - Good problem solving, results orientation and analytical skills. - Medium Personal Development Skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Excellent customer service skills, including telephone etiquette. - Technical proficiency in products and services. - A patient and empathetic attitude. - Comfortable working in fast-paced environments. - Adaptability and flexibility. - Good organizational skills to handle daily workload. - Detailed oriented and proactive.
