Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's overall objectives and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand image and messaging consistency across all channels.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all marketing materials and communications.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles within the field of marketing is essential. While experience in a Fintech company is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Understanding of financial services and the fintech landscape.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
