**Profile**: Oriented to the diagnosis and repair of Hardware and Software problems in computer equipment. - Systems, IT, or communications professional. - 1-3 Years of experience in technical support for computer equipment, printers, and accessories +++ communication equipment such as routers, switches and hubs, - Medium English - Good presentation and especially: - Microsoft Windows Support - MS Office Tools, O365, Sharepoint, Teams - Hardware Support - Network Support and Troubleshooting - Videoconferencing Support - Peripheral Support - Monitoring Tools Knowledge - Vendors and Supplier handling - Depot Management - Mobile Telephones BASIC knowledge and troubleshooting - Manufacturing devices support (handhelds, computers, thermal printers) Tasks: To resolve assigned tickets in adherence to agreed SLA and quality standards of the company: 1. To maintain high login Efficiency (Availability) for customers 2. To resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time 3. To adhere to quality standards (voice and accent, Tech Monitoring), regulatory requirements and company policies 4. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First call resolution and minimum average handling time (AHT), rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases 5. To update worklogs and follow shift/ escalation process and process compliance. 6. Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & self-development. Desired skills - Customer service attitude - Ability to analyze and synthesize information - Inclination for teamwork - Patience and ability to concentrate.
