**Overview of the Role**:
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to work on a variety of projects made up of multicultural teams spread all over the globe. We are seeking proactive, dynamic people with great organizational abilities used to multitask, and with strong attention to detail.

**As part of the team, you will**:

- Develop the forecast of the projects in charge
- Track and control project management using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with the PMO in the implementation of procedures for PMs
- Ensure the execution of coherent HR practices, in close collaboration with the HRBP
- Support responsible PMs and refer relevant issues to the VP
- Ensure compliance by their team with stated methodologies and processes
- Present complex issues to AMs, who will be in charge of dealing with customers
- Ensure effective, professional, and clear communication between PMs and Clients
- Ensure client and team satisfaction during the entire project

**Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role**:

- **Advanced English** (spoken and written)
- 4+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials, and Budgets)
- Customer-oriented
- Budget management
- IT experience
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
