**Your role at Clorox**:
The Master Data Analyst will be responsible for Master Data operations and related requirements, mainly for Latam and including some US operational.

Position supports Master Data Management, monitors Master Data Quality according to Company standards, and provides reporting of master data metrics and SLAs.

**In this role, you will**:

- This role includes, but is not limited to, data entry, handle requests queue, and problem resolution related to Product, Vendor, Finance, Customer and other master data domains.
- Position supports process improvements and best practice implementations.
- Prepares and conducts end user training to the organization.
- This position will be the daily point of contact with Master Data users across the Company regarding the Master Data requests and processes.

Years and Type of Experience:

- 1 year of previous related experience

Skills and Abilities:

- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to clearly communicate complex information in both written and verbal forms
- Analytic thinking and problem solving mindset
- Knowledge in MS Access, Visual Basic, Python, SQL, JavaScript will be preferred but not excluding
- Advance English skills is excluding. Must have advanced level of verbal and written skills.

Education Level/Degree:

- College degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration
