Tax Analyst at BairesDev

As a Tax Analyst, leverage your expertise in tax operations to assist the Tax Manager in handling recurrent tasks efficiently. This role offers a platform to delve into US Taxes, engage with diverse stakeholders, and contribute significantly to the organization's tax processes.

What you will do:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of tax processes to understand and document current practices and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather detailed tax-related business requirements.
- Perform tax data analysis to support informed business decisions and process enhancements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining tax-related documentation, including reports and requirement specifications.
- Communicate tax findings and recommendations effectively to team members and management.
- Support the implementation of tax-related solutions by collaborating closely with technical teams.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 1+ years of experience in accounting with a focus on taxes.
- Pursuing or possessing a degree in CPA.
- Background in accounting, administration, or legal fields.
- Proficiency in handling large Excel/Gsheet worksheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with US taxes is a plus but not mandatory.
- Advanced level of English.
