**The Logistic Manager is viewed as a business partner with a key role for his responsibility in managing the Logistic flow to ensure the physical availability of the products. He/She is charge of executing the strategy of the supply chain for the unit. Analyzing, and developing processes to maximize use of resources in logistics and distribution while improve the service and reduces costs. Its management has a direct impact on costs of products due to his own responsibility in the Logistic conversion cost.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- 3-4 years of experience in similar position
- Engineers and business administration with high emphasis on logistics
- Spanish and English written and spoken
- Microsoft Office / WMS / ERP SAP-1NAV

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Supervise all regulatory processes critical for goods importation: factory, product registration
- Plan and monitor importation of goods since the registration of the products till the downloading in 3PL warehouses.
- Design, control and improve the full supply chain to answer customers’ needs in terms of orders, deliveries optimizing flows, replenishment and inventories.
- Is accountable for all Quality and Safety topics related to his area.
- Responsible for the recruitment, development and performance of his team.
- Responsible for all Supply stakeholders management (FFWW, 3PL, Custom agents ): contracts and agreements, tariff negotiation, KPi’s follow-up, QFS
- Lead the SMR cycle management from the local S&OP+
- Optimize and seek for RTM improvement (DiB..)
- Manage and supervise all the inbound and customer clearance process.
- Manage call for tender process when selecting 3rd party logistics provider.
