**Descripción del puesto**:
Apoyar al equipo de People Service manejando las bases de datos, resumiendo la información en paneles informativos útiles y creando informes para satisfacer las necesidades internas. Este papel es crucial para asegurar que los datos sean precisos y mejorar los procesos mediante soluciones digitales y automáticas.

**Responsabilidades del puesto**:
Gestionar datos e información, desarrollando y entregando informes adaptados a las necesidades de los clientes internos, administrando y consolidando bases de datos. Diseñar e implementar soluciones digitales y automatizadas para mejorar la eficiencia del equipo, identificando oportunidades para automatizar procesos manuales. Apoyar en acciones de aprendizaje y desarrollo, incluyendo coordinación logística, elaboración de informes y ejecución de iniciativas como talleres y programas de formación, contribuyendo también a los procesos internos de recursos humanos.

**Cualificaciones y experiência**:

- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência en análisis de RR.HH., gestión de datos o funciones similares.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio
- Experiência trabajando con plataformas HRIS como Oracle HCM o Workday.
- Conocimiento de legislación laboral
