**FBP Cost Analyst Sr.**

This position support and follow up to the manufacturing business for delivering targeted results acting as change agent for financial strategic Initiatives (Plant Optimization, loss culture, Power Steering, and ensure sustain on DMAIC and Just-do-it projects and initiatives, savings calculation and establish goals for each high-performance team with the manufacturing environment).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform financial analysis and reporting activities (AOP and estimates) through Hyperion system
- Support and Follow up Mfg Business Unit A for delivering targeted results
- Driver and change agent for Strategic Initiatives (Plant Optimization, loss culture, Power Steering, and ensure sustain on DMAIC and Just-do-it projects and initiatives, savings calculation and establish goals for each HPT in Mfg Unit A)
- Perform CPEM's for Capital Expenses Projects across the plant.
- Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent relationships and credibility. Creates team atmosphere while achieving key objectives. Develops team members through coaching and feedback on results.
- Shares personal knowledge and experience. Moves decisively on performance problems.

**Education/Experience**
- An undergraduate degree with a concentration in a business-related field (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.)
- Minimum 2-4 years financial analysis experience.
