The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.
About the role:
The **Insurance Analyst** is responsible for generating reports and in-depth analysis of business performance to support the execution of strategic and tactic action items.
This person will have the opportunity to work along the local Sales team, dealers, GM, carriers, and Insurance Broker to coordinate impactful initiatives for the company, gaining visibility and developing valuable business acumen.
This role allows building experience and knowledge by supporting new projects, benchmarking, and market research.
We are looking for people eager to learn and curious, with proficiency in analytical thinking, aiming to develop themselves in a multicultural environment.
What you need:
- College/University degree in business administration and related disciplines.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced management of analytic tools (Power BI and similar).
- Good communication and coordination levels.
- Project management and/or product development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
What you will be doing:
- Provides support for dealers´ F&I in terms of information and follow up of campaigns, tactic actions and performance of salespersons.
- Follows up initiatives and action items to ensure timely execution.
- Elaborates reports and decks to present business performance, projects status, initiatives, and actions.
- Coordinates initiatives/campaigns with dealers, GM, carriers, and broker.
- Updates processes and procedures.
- Elaborates business performance analysis and ensures data is correctly booked.
- Supports new projects and elaborates business cases, benchmarks, and market research.
