**About Data Analytics (DA)**

Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. Established in 2014, the global DA team extends beyond 1000+ (and growing) data science professionals across data engineering, business intelligence, digital marketing, advanced analytics, technology, and product engineering. Our more tenured teammates, some of whom have been with Evalueserve since it started more than 20 years ago, have enjoyed leadership opportunities in different regions of the world across our seven business lines.

**What you will be doing at Evalueserve**- Coordinating software system installation and upgrades with offshore team to meet desired business or IT outcome.
- Analyzing information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts.
- Obtaining and evaluating information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
- Consulting with customers about requirements, system changes, training needs, etc.
- Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

**What we're looking for**
- 4-8 years related experience required.
- Expert in Snowflake, Tidal, DataStage, PL/SQL, Oracle, IBM Mainframe
- Advanced Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently maintaining good time management.
- Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Well versed with SDLC (software development life cycle) process and IT controls.
