Location: Santiago de Chile, CL- Requisition ID: 9839**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Data Warehouse Engineer, you will be responsible for providing data integration services (acquisition, cleansing, merging, validation) in partnership with our technology teams, analytical consultants and data scientists across various initiatives. You are the primary data domain expert on BI projects and you are also responsible to ensuring the data assets and architecture aids the organization to achieving its strategic goals. You will partner with our engineering teams to ensure that the DoubleDown Casino app & specific games are properly instrumented to enable efficient collection, processing, and storage so that we can report effectively on key metrics. Last but not least, you will partner with fellow BI team members in evaluating and leveraging the latest “big data” technology offerings to analyze and solve business problems.

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years in acquiring, manipulating, and preparing data for use in data analysis processes
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Solid understanding utilizing Web Services and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- Expertise in building SQL queries, scripts and ETL processes
- Experience utilizing cloud based services (i.e., Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience ensuring data quality across multiple datasets used for analytical purposes
- Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation, meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated strong leadership and partnering skills
- Ability to work in the DoubleDown team environment with a positive demeanor
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking ability
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Able to pass a Security Background Investigation

Preferred:

- Master's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Experience with Hadoop, Map/Reduce, Hive, Pig, and/or Spark
- Experience in Machine Learning
- Expertise with products such as Talend, Datameer, Platfora, etc.
- Experience integration with 3rd party API etc.
- Experience in eCommerce
- Experience working with external vendors and clients
