**Your role at Clorox**:
In this role you will work in a participative team-based environment, using World Class Operations processes and principles. You will also lead day-to-day engineering and technical teams to ensure best technical solutions. The person performing this role will be leading Engineering, Maintenance and/or EHS groups and their associated mentoring & personnel development needs and administrative budgets; along with day-to-day manufacturing support to drive favorable plant operational performances.

**In this role, you will**:
The main responsibilities for this role are:

- Lead capital and expense budget and ensure that projects are being carried out according to their individual scope, schedule, cost, and early management requirements.
- Ensure environmental compliance, user documentation management (drawings, reports, calculations, etc.), fixed asset management, facility & property infrastructure, site security, fire protection, risk management, governing permits, and longer-term master site planning.
- Design and implement all capital and manufacturing improvement projects and control that construction and contractor activities are performed according to all safety requirements.
- Participate on the Plant Leadership Team and use resources to enable success across all areas of the facility.
- Lead and direct the work of outside engineering consultants and construction contractors during design and implementation of projects.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through influence and ability to work in a participative team based environment.
- Engineering Degree is a must. Can be Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineer Degree.
