**The Role**:
As our Research Strategist you will provide compelling insights into financial markets and trading education to our clients and prospects. In turn, you will make a valuable contribution to the client's journey, providing insights, building knowledge, trust, and confidence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a brand ambassador and a thought leader in the financial markets, both externally and internally.
- Delivering insightful written analyses on relevant market themes, market shifts, company earnings, economic data forecasts, or trading strategies to clients, prospects, and the broader media.
- Creating regular video content that provides actionable insights on market movements, technical advancements, or significant trading trends.
- Offering engaging trading education materials (both written and video) to clients and prospects.
- Conducting periodic webinars for clients and prospects focused on trading education or significant market themes.
- Participating in and speaking at client events and expos.
- Making occasional appearances on TV and radio (with training provided).
- Enhancing Pepperstone’s visibility and influence on social media, in print, and on digital platforms.
- Providing real-time updates on news, market movements, and trading perspectives to the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Assisting the marketing team with research and analytics to enhance campaigns and communication efforts.
- Identifying and collaborating with influencers to expand Pepperstone’s reach and visibility.

**About you**:

- +2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry
- Incredibly motivated with a passion for trading and financial markets
- Some prior experience in financial markets either in a trading or market analyst role is desired.
- Excellent written and presentation skills - comfortable speaking to a live audience or to camera
- A basic understanding of marketing and communications
- A proven ability to be collaborative - a true team player
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, Marketing)
- While this will primarily be a Spanish-speaking role, the ability to speak English at a conversational level is required.
- The flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally
