Paid Media Digital Marketing Specialist

- Own the implementation, planning, and strategy of online marketing activities across established and emerging channels such as SEM, paid social media, retargeting, display advertising and other channels as needed.
- Lead content strategy for target touch points with particular focus on optimizing web conversions.
- Own ad operations for all paid B2B efforts.
- Work closely with the global campaign leads and regional marketing teams to understand messaging strategy and approach, go-to-market strategy to support new product features, collaborate on site optimization with the analytics teams.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and scale demand generation programs to improve conversion and marketing efficiency.
- Propose and implement A/B testing of messaging within key channels to improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Manage a budget and lead generation goals, allocating funds across channels to deliver against goals and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and data teams to measure lead quality and be able to optimize marketing campaigns to deliver strongest quality lead flow.
- Test into new and emerging marketing channels to identify new placements to reach new audiences and drive scale.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and share validated learnings.
- Evaluate marketing policies and logistics, working toward improved marketing spend.
- Use industry benchmarks, defining the media measurement framework for evaluating performance and implementing the framework to create consistency and accountability.
- Lead reporting and analysis programs to better understand audiences and optimize media investments. Share insights across GHD’s key audiences to enhance all marketing campaigns which include paid media.
- Own the roadmap for data and MarTech implementations. Collaborate with technology, project management and campaign teams to utilize tech capabilities to maximize customer insights and media efficiency.
**Skills, Competencies and Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships.
- 3+ years experience in building and optimizing B2B lead generation campaigns in a digital marketing landscape.
- Highly developed project management skills, able to organize multiple campaigns and all of the elements constituting them.
- Experience building campaigns within LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital media platforms.
- Adept with spreadsheets and multiple sources of data, utilizing dashboards, metrics, and tools such as Google Analytics for marketing funnel evaluation and KPI management.
- Experience working with sales and partnerships teams.
- Highly analytical, with strong skills in extracting insight from data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong strategic acumen to develop global marketing plans and execute across the world with localizations.
