**Descripción del Trabajo**:

- IT Leader is responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading computer-related activities for Zimmer Biomet. He/She determines the IT needs of the company and is responsible for implementing any essential technology to fulfill the organization's information systems and infrastructure requirements. In addition, the IT Manager is accountable for the smooth running of our internal and global projects within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.**Deberes y responsabilidades principales**:

- 1. Overseeing the implementation of IT projects (local and global) in accordance with business and IT strategy 2. Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes. 3. Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the local IT infrastructure. 4. Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs. 5. Assess vendors for new required hardware and/or software. 6. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance. 7. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. 8. Audit systems and assess their outcomes 9. Preserve assets, information security and control structures 10. Continuously analyze current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement 11. Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem. 12. Assisting the internal IT team in providing ERP assistance for designated functional areas and technical support for locally installed systems 13. Manages department budgets, tracking expenditures, purchases, etc. with annual budget control. 14. Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations by Zimmer Biomet standards. 15. Maintains a safe and secure work environment. 16. Report and escalate to management as needed 17. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks to the company. 18. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.**Áreas de competencia previstos**:

- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience - Good knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems - Expertise in data center management and data governance - Ability to manage personnel. - Ability to exercise strong judgment in analyzing, appraising, evaluating and solving problems of a difficult procedural, organizational, administrative or technical nature. - Strong creative and analytical thinking - Strong interpersonal, collaboration and conflict resolution skills. - Strong customer service skills. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrates ability to produce detailed solutions for a technical audience, and produce clear written communications for a non-technical audience. - Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange.**Requisitos de Educación / Experiência**:

- Bachelor’s or master degree in technology or computer field. - 6+ years experience in IT management: leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies. - 6+ years experience in Project Management - License and Certification such as ITIL, MCSE, Six Sigma, PMP, and others related to IT (preferred) - Familiarity with software platforms including Microsoft 365 (e.g., Power BI), ERP SAP; ServiceNow; Asset Management. - Experience with network administration. - Experience in Healthcare industry (preferred). - Fluent in English.**Requisitos de Viaje**:
