Tech Community Manager at BairesDev

What You Will Do:

- Build and manage the BairesDev community, both for external and internal audiences.
- Align with different internal stakeholders and create a consolidated Community Strategy.
- Help define the schedule of actions and touchpoints regarding audience and community across different areas.
- Plan, organize, and execute internal and external community events in partnership with other teams from BairesDev.
- Plan and launch new community programs, based on the community’s needs and opportunities.
- Propose and coordinate the creation and management of external and internal groups to grow and nurture our community.
- Be the focal point for ambassadors and similar roles in projects and initiatives - both internal and external.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Program/Community Management.
- Previous experience with tech communities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Experience building a community/digital movement or on a tech EdTech Company in LatAm (Desirable).
- Track record of building a community strategy from the ground up.
- Advanced English level.
