This TPM position plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives, that enable more users to easily discover and use the power of Tableau. Our team goal is to enable and accelerate platform emergence. In this role, you’ll be working with exceptional engineers and working across the Tableau and Salesforce organizations to deliver serious value-add to our customers and business. You’ll drive programs and projects that take our service platforms to the next level.

**Technical. **You have a solid understanding of cloud based technologies and software development, are comfortable working with highly technical teams, and leverage that technical know-how to optimize delivery

**Preferred Skills**:

- 5+ years software industry experience as a TPM or a similar role delivering value to customers
- 3+ of those years of successfully implementing or managing SaaS development programs; strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and its development lifecycle
- Top notch written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership, participating in the sales cycles, evangelizing project/program status, and handling escalations
- Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle multiple demanding priorities
- Well-developed sense of ownership, along with structure, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Technical Degree, e.g. BS Computer Science or other STEM-related degree
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, preferably AWS
