- About the role_
**_Control Operations Monitor (Driver fleet)_**
The Control Operations Monitor will overlook the fleet of drivers that operate in the streets, ensuring that all rides are completed, in a timely manner and in adherence to safety regulations and policies.
**What you'll do day in day out**
- Support routine fleet operations. Create and deliver reports, notifications and briefs on fleet activities, deviations and events.
- Handle driver issues coming from passengers to road accidents by coordinating with the support team, hub operations, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate with hub leaders and other teams to develop courses of action in response to itinerary deviations, short notice stakeholder requirements, and disruptive events.
- Monitor driver behaviour while delivering reports based on data and proactively contacting drivers for corrective measures.
- When required, notify senior company leaders of situations that present potential danger to passengers. Proactively monitor and notify the proper channels in case of potential media exposure.
- Assist in ride development to drivers and resolution of operational issues. This will also include support for developing long term solutions to optimize the visibility and response times of the team.
**What you need to have**
- 1-2 years of experience monitoring and giving support to fleet activities (driver partners, supply partners) through online platforms or similar monitoring positions
- Preferred experience in knowledge management,managing complex audio/visual displays and dashboards

- Tech savvy

- Acts as owner of a situation when a manager is out of reach
- Look for continuous improvement
- Intermediate to advanced english skills
- Experience with Google apps and collaboration tools
- Previous experience in transportation is a plus
- Be open to long shifts and rotative schedules
