**Requirements**:
Ability to proficiently speak, read, and write in English (C1, C2)
Fast and Stable Internet
Good desktop or laptop computer
Quiet at-home work environment

Open positions include:
Client Support: customer service experience is required
Reductions team: asking for reduction for client’s medical bills, be aggressive, capacity to follow up frequently
Demand Writer: likes writing, mínimal client contact, detail oriented. Experience being a writer helps. Copywriting experience help
Records Assistant: collects medical records and bills, mínimal client contact, more mechanical, needs to be able to stay organized and meet tight deadlines

Job Overview and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service for existing customers and inbound calls.
Call insurance companies to gather medical documents
Data entry
Customer liaison
Clearly take notes
Prepare reports, summaries, and schedule calendars
Ability and willingness to perform other administrative duties as assigned

**Skills**:Quick learner
Microsoft Word, Excel, Calendar Scheduling
Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
Time Management
Ability to work independently
Experience with CRM (optional)
Legal Experience (optional but preferred)

Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday (PST or EST), 8-hour shift. Weekend shifts also available.

**Salary**:
Monthly Salary + Benefits, Salary is dependent on experience and skills.
