Develop and reinforce the presence of Measurement Solutions through promoting Analytical products and solutions to achieve the expected sales and profit growth.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Develop and implement short, mid and long-term business strategies and goals for the analytical product lines across different industries.
- Coordinate activities to ensure sufficient focus on the product lines for the sales channel.
- Performs sales through the phone, Internet, or face to face customer contacts, establishes relationship, gets key contacts names, account organization understanding and intelligence activities in order to understand its plans and purchasing criteria.
- Participates in forecasting activities and maintains responsibilities for achieving established sales goals for Southern Cone. Ensure necessary level of Analytical product focus within a sales area to achieve target levels of customer satisfaction and financial performance.
- Responsible to lead the representative Sonda in Argentina and handle / develop new channels for Analytical products in all countries in Southern Cone.
- Develop sales channel training material and coordinates training to ensure representatives and local Emerson organizations are technically qualified to promote, quote and sell Analytical products and solutions and to successfully challenge against major competitors promoting product differentiation to eliminate price erosion.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral and Analytical’s differentiation documents for widespread use.
- Provides consultative selling assistance to their main customers in Southern Cone.
- Provide direction on target accounts based on business unit segmentation strategies.
- Participate in project pursuit and account penetration planning and execution. Develops and implements project strategies to aggressively pursue and win major project business for Analytical.
- Implements the strategic selling tactics as empowered by the leaders of Southern Cone.
- Supervise pricing and discounting according to authority levels.
- Provide ongoing feedback on success of strategy implementation.
- Keeps records of the incoming orders by account, by product groups, industry, representative and territory.
- Perform inside sales and administrative activities as needed and/or requested by the business leaders of the region.
- Identifies and communicates to his manager main competitor’s actions and strategies, or relevant accounts changes.
- Support local trade show participation.
- Actively participates in product improvement and development projects to ensure that products best fit industry needs and work with other groups to implement development efforts. Suggest new products and/or enhancement to existing products to the BU.
- Coordinate new product field testing within assigned area.
- Facilitates communication between factories, customer and product support, and Latin America sales team.
- It must be kept up-to-date and align with all the obligations of Reporting according to current and applicable procedures and standards.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Chemical Engineering degree or similar
- 10 years' experience in industrial sales (field instrumentation preferred).
- Must have proficiency in English language able to speak and understand a technical or commercial conversation.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computers use skills are required
- Attitude oriented to action and reaching goals, with emphasis in proactiveness
- Willingness to travel intensively inside the country and abroad.
