**What You'll Do?**
- Lead with Purpose: Craft and execute a groundbreaking transformation strategy that not only aligns with our organizational vision but also revolutionizes operational efficiency and customer engagement.
- Modern Airline Retailing Transformation: Lead the airline's shift from traditional distribution models to a modern, customer-centric, digital-first retailing approach. Help airlines adopt new retailing capabilities, technologies, and standards, ensuring alignment with industry initiatives like IATA’s Modern Airline Retailing (MAR) and New Distribution Capability (NDC).
- Challenge the Status Quo: Conduct cutting-edge analyses of industry trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover transformative opportunities that propel us ahead of the curve.
- Champion Change: Drive robust change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new practices and technologies while inspiring teams to embrace agility and adaptability.
- Project Pioneer: Oversee high-impact transformation projects from conception to execution, delivering results that exceed expectations and set new standards for the industry.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners, fostering collaboration and shared ownership of transformation efforts.
- Implement Industry Standards: Work with IATA standards like NDC, ONE Order, and Offers/Orders. Collaborate with technology vendors to integrate new systems and ensure compliance with modern retailing practices.
- Customer-Centric Product Development: Design and launch dynamic pricing, ancillaries, bundles, and create a seamless customer experience across channels (mobile, web, agents).
- Measure Success: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that gauge the impact of transformation initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.Data & Analytics: Leverage data to personalize offers and optimize conversion rates, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

**Who You Are?**
- A strong advisor within the Airlines with strong management skills as well as dealing with complex scenarios and navigating ambiguities
- Trailblazer: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus, but your passion for transformation is what truly sets you apart.
- Experienced Leader: With a minimum of 10 years in the airline industry, you have a proven track record of spearheading successful transformation initiatives that challenge conventional norms.
- Agile Advocate: You are well-versed in agile methodologies and thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Influential Communicator: Your strong leadership presence and interpersonal skills enable you to inspire and mobilize teams, driving them toward a shared vision of excellence.
- Forward Thinker: You have a deep understanding of airline operations, customer experience, and emerging technologies, positioning you as a thought leader in the industry.Background Needed: Experience in the airline industry (commercial, IT, distribution), familiarity with airline systems (GDS, PSS, NDC APIs), strong stakeholder and project management skills, and a passion for digital transformation and customer experience.
